Disappointment. Frustration.
Despite paying $99 to update this GPS, the downloads are problematic. Always.
So I go online and the site asks questions I do not have the answers to. It rejects my entry. Twice. Well, twice is more than enough.
This time, I try the phone. Of course, it will cost me about $20 in cell phone charges to find out why the service I paid for doesn't work. Another 15-20 minute wait on the phone is impossible. I wait. Product Support. Are you kiddin me? Yea, if you have the morning to dedicate to this. I don't. I won't. I didn't need this device anyway. Maps work just fine. More expenses. More products. Keep it simple.
I know who the 'stupid' one was. Live and learn. But I got it.
