I was glad the blindfold was off.  Being a female in a country with little rights for women, I was more than concerned about my safety.  But both sides seemed to want me there.  I wasn't sure why. But I did agree to tell an honest story.  From both sides. The Times does have that history.  Besides, both men were educated in this country and apparently read my work.

Dick said it would be an hour or so before our meeting to set the deal in place in Kabul.They even allowed me to use my laptop.  I knew they were monitoring it so it didn't matter.  Just family stuff which crosses all geopolitical boundaries.

"Honey, most of what you learned was bullshit. The world isn't nice, people aren't always nice. Grandma wasn't a very nice mother but neither is our world. I really believed that when I had you that we could and would change the world more than we had.  Fact is, we bought into what the advertising industry sold us.  Hence the heaps of trash we now pay other countries to take.  We can't even store our own trash for goodness sake.

Your Dad, you should know, and I do believe you do know by now, is a cheater. Many times over. When he infected me with his STD, I went into denial.  My Cinderella world collapsed and I didn't know what to do. It wasn't just that he spent everything we had. Or his government retirement. He was emotionally bankrupt from the beginning.  Of course, I didn't see that. I just loved him.  In the beginning.

I am sorry our country, your father and your grandmother were so messed up.  But you have always been so much more than that.  I guess it skips a generation.

 I had just finished reading Katherine's e-mail when I heard propellers in the distance.  Another black hawk was circling the house and dust was blowing everywhere.  Cranking the heavy windows as fast as I could, I went downstairs to await my company.  The attache case was still attached to Dick's wrist.

There was cash everywhere.  Tall stacks on the file cabinet, along the perimeter of the lush Oriental carpets.  The attache case was well nigh impossible to close.

The C.I.A. was used to cramming millions into tight places.  This was, again, bound for Afghanistani officials.  The ones that would lead us to the coal, copper, lithium, iron ore, lithium, gold, chromite, rare earth elements, talc, sulfur, lead, barites, marble, precious and semi-precious stones, petroleum and natural gas. We desperately needed these minerals to continue our own greed. Our money would ensure access to power.  The right officials who would make the necessary deals. Dick was one of them.

"Your people not question this money?" the bearded man inquired.

"No, Americans are like children at Christmas. They can never have enough.  They're drowning in their own trash.  Choking from the chemicals we spew at them. They're so dumb, they haven't figured out why so many people have cancer," Dick said laughing.

"Hell, we hire psychologists who tell us how to sell them anything. Here is the kicker.  We academize everything.  Even hire Ph.D.'s to analyze why people don't care about the national debt, the wars we get into.  Nope, they are goners."

Two more men in dark Brooks Brothers suits entered the small office in Kabul and escorted the C.I.A. agent to his Mercedes waiting in the street below. The sun was out in full display on this cool May morning. A flotilla of more Mercedes, five in all, followed them to the resort at Lake Karga, a safe distance from once-picturesque Spozhmai hotel, nearly destroyed last year from the attack by the Taliban.

We passed several watch towers to the secured gate and waited.

"UGLY AMERICAN."

That was the code we were told to use to gain entry beyond the gates.  A large fountain greeted us as well as a staff fit for an English manor.  Two black hawk helicopters were behind the building with two suited pilots inside the cockpit.

The sun withdrew behind the clouds as we awaited the partners.
 

Happy Saturday!

A dear friend came over today.  She is artsy like me.  We talked about my room and look what happened above. The flip flopped the cabinet and the flat screen.  Voila!

I love what happens when the same furnishings are moved about.  It creates a more colorful and more cozy look. The large basket hides my grandson's toys and leaves lots of room for more. One of my dogs just loves to be photographed beside the sofa.

On a closer look.  Just above the flat screen tv, a bit more color to brighten up the corner:

Yes, it was a good day.  Vanilla latte, nails and toes polished, lunch with my friend and back to my house to move things about.

Have you wondered why we haven't see a photo of the alleged Boston bomber since he was hospitalized and capatured?  We saw photos of other captured suspects.  It is more than curious why we haven't seen this fellow.

Have you wondered why we do not know who killed John F. Kennedy?

Have you wondered why a chemical factory exploded about the same time as the Boston bombing?

Have you wondered why we are now hearing about chemical warfare used in Syria?

'Sirius' Documentary Reveals DNA Test Results On Ata, The '6-Inch Alien'

The mummified remains of what looks like a 6-inch space alien has turned "Sirius" into the most eagerly awaited documentary among UFO enthusiasts.

The findings, however, might come as a disappointment.

In early publicity, filmmakers claimed the documentary would reveal that the DNA of the creature with an oversized alien-looking head couldn't be medically classified.

In fact, the film, which premiered Monday in Hollywood, features a scientist who concluded the little humanoid was human.

"I can say with absolute certainty that it is not a monkey. It is human -- closer to human than chimpanzees. It lived to the age of six to eight. Obviously, it was breathing, it was eating, it was metabolizing. It calls into question how big the thing might have been when it was born,"said Garry Nolan, director of stem cell biology at Stanford University's School of Medicine in California.

"The DNA tells the story and we have the computational techniques that allows us to determine, in very short order, whether, in fact, this is human," Nolan, who performed the DNA tests, explains in the film.

"Sirius" focuses on the remains of the small humanoid, nicknamed Ata, that was discovered in Chile's Atacama Desert 10 years ago and has, literally, gone through different hands and ownership since then.

State Rep. Stella Tremblay Says U.S. Government Could Be Involved

...Tremblay said the attack on the Boston Marathon isn't the only incident where she sees a conspiracy. She said she also has questions about what happened in the attacks on Sept. 11, the 2009 shooting at Fort Hood and the attack on the consulate in Benghazi.
Tremblay's concerns echo theories posted online by conspiracy theorists that have typically been widely debunked. But Tremblay paraphrased Thomas Jefferson in her defense.

"He taught us to ask with boldness even the very existence of God, because he would rather have honest questions than blind obedience," Tremblay said.

Tremblay said she won't apologize for her Facebook post. She said that if she could, she would rephrase it, possibly as a question.

While some in Concord are defending her right to say what she wants, the state GOP put out a strong statement.

"Representative Tremblay thoroughly discredited herself with her bizarre, embarrassing and unfounded comments," the statement said. "New Hampshire Republicans strongly reject her outlandish views and believe that anybody who holds such bizarre beliefs should not be taken seriously."

Tremblay said she has heard criticism from some of her constituents, but she insisted she has received a lot of support, citing examples of messages from people in Idaho and Virginia.

A Makeover

The past month has been an exercise in doing the basic things in order to survive.  Brushing teeth, drinking some water, eating something.  Walking the dogs.  Doing enough laundry to get by.  Beyond that, the rest hasn't mattered too much. 

Everyone tells me how tired and pale I look.  Normally, I just wear a little blush and lipstick in the morning.  The rest is as they say...natural.  That comes from years living in the mountains among a bunch of environmentalists.  The other people who wear make up are the Sweet Potato Pie gals.It's a fun read if you haven't had the experience.

Each day gets a bit easier.  Today was haircut day.  Some forty-five minutes north to a wonderful hairdresser.  I would crawl there because she is so good.  She works magic!

Afterward I went to a department store to a make up line I line and had the works done.

"Your skin is dry," said the women in a distant accent.

"Yep, that's about right.  Been sick a while."

"Okay then, I make you pretty."

She has her work cut out.

Some thirty minutes later, I have color!  Even feel a whole lot better.  Then I took myself to T.G.I.Fridays for a salad.  Headache and all.

Just walking into the restaurant was an exercise in noise.  Do they people believe someone can relax and eat healthy with blaring rock and roll?

"Umm, could you please turn the noise down.  If you can not, I understand and I will need to leave.  My head is killing me."

Five minutes later the volume is a tad lower.  I eat and run.  Will finish the salad later.  Won't be going back to the roll and roll music any time soon.

The global awakening to the ubiquity of false-flag terrorism is a Copernican revolution that overturns the old paradigms about the way societies are governed.
This “great awakening” offers us the chance to overthrow the old paradigm of rule by fear, and to work for a better world – a world of fearless people ruled by wisdom and compassion.”
A friend called up our local radio station yesterday to complain: One of the radio hosts was supporting the official story of the Boston bombings, and blaming “radical Muslims from Chechnya.” The receptionist was shocked. “Did our host really say that? That’s so crazy. Everyone knows it was a false-flag attack.”

The incident illustrates the schizoid nature of Americans’ response to the Boston bombings. Increasingly, “everyone knows” it was a false-flag attack – including the ordinary people who work at radio and TV stations. But the powerful few who control the broadcast licenses, and print the news on dead trees, will be the last to admit it. At this point, the false-flag meme is just starting to enter the mainstream media.
As it does, the whole notion of “terrorism” is being re-thought.
The received notion of “terrorism” is that anti-government radicals are supposedly attacking civilians. But wait a minute – why would they do that? Why wouldn’t they just attack the government – especially the government officials, government-owning fat-cats and government-aiding media moguls who are the real objects of their hatred?
A recent headline screamed: Karl Rove Heckled Throughout Speech In Massachusetts, Called Murderer, Terrorist. Run “Karl Rove heckled” through a search engine and you’ll find many more examples.
If there were any real anti-government “terrorists,” Karl Rove would have been dead a long time ago.
For better or worse, there are very few actual anti-government terrorists. Virtually all terrorism is committed by governments.
Let’s take this from the top and define our terms. “Terrorism” means “using violence against civilians to create fear for political purposes.”
Who does that? Who has the motivation to do it?
Only governments.
It is well-known that governments terrorize the citizens of countries they invade and occupy. The US, for example, murdered many millions of Vietnamese citizens in a doomed attempt to terrorize them into submission. Ditto for Indonesia, Iraq, Afghanistan, and many other places. This is real terrorism – terrorism on a massive, genocidal scale.
It is less well-known that the very same governments also terrorize their own citizens – more subtly, and on a smaller scale.
In the US, militarized police forces terrorize African-American communities. Almost every day, an African-American is extra-judicially executed by police.
White Americans are terrorized in sneakier and less brutal fashion: They are fed a diet of violence and fear-mongering propaganda by the media. Those who break out of the fear bubble, and go to Occupy demonstrations, may have their skulls smashed by police billy clubs.
As the BBC documentary The Power of Nightmares explains, Western governments once ruled through fear, peppered by sprinkles of hope. Now that there is no longer any hope for Western economies, these governments rule almost entirely through fear. The Power of Nightmares documents the fact that the whole concept of the “terrorist threat” was invented out of whole cloth by Western governments: there is no actual group called al-Qaeda, and no such thing as any significant anti-government terrorism.
“Al-Qaeda” is the name of a ragged hodge-podge of dupes and mercenaries. They terrorize Syrians on behalf of the US and Israeli governments. And they terrorize Americans on behalf of the US and Israeli governments.
False-flag terrorism is designed to make citizens willingly surrender their liberty, their money, their power, and even their children’s lives.
The Boston Marathon bombing appears to have been yet another false-flag attack. The government tells us that there were no terror drills that day. But eyewitness reports, and a Boston Globe twitter feed about police exploding a bomb at the library, prove the government is lying. Why would they lie and deny the obvious fact that terror drills coincided with the actual bombing?
And what about the paramilitary team captured in photographs of the bombing? Men from the DHS-linked mercenary firm Craft International, sporting caps with the distinctive Craft skull logo, were photographed wearing large black backpacks like those that held the bombs. The photos place members of this paramilitary team at the bomb locations just moments before the attacks. Other photos show them rendezvousing after the operation.
The entire family of the surviving accused bomber, Dzhokar Tsarnaev, has been screaming “false flag” from the rooftops. Their mother says FBI agents “were controlling every step” her sons took, and called the event a set-up. Their father says “Somebody clearly framed them.” Their aunt pointed out that Chechens have been set up as patsies in other false-flag terror events, adding “I don’t trust (the) FBI. I don’t trust any agencies.”
And it isn’t just the Tsarnaev family. Everyone who knows the Tsarnaev brothers agrees. As Steve Watson reported for Infowars.com, “People who know Dzhokar Tsarnaev say it is impossible that he would commit an act of terror.”
Even the surviving suspect himself appears to be aware of the ubiquity of false-flag attacks. According to reports, his Twitter feed included: “Idk why it’s hard for many of you to accept that 9/11 was an inside job.”
If he still had access to his Twitter account, he would be tweeting: “Idk why it’s hard for many of you to accept that the Boston bombings were also an inside job.”
But more and more people ARE accepting that 9/11, and most other seemingly senseless attacks against civilians – including the Boston Marathon bombings – are inside jobs.

As spring pushes her way into every pore of our being, we feel the need to birth another level of our own being from the inside out.  Making life uncomfortable and tempers flair. All of earth mirrors this urge to move forward out of the long winter of waiting into a place that can only be seen by the beholder. We unfurl our closed wings and step out of the black hole into the future.

We look at ourselves seeing a newness that has not made its way to the surface as of yet. We feel compelled and driven to move out of our winter blues searching blindly for those rose tinted glasses we once wore. We are seasoned like a good wine that seeks a crystal goblet to fill. Every day life gives us another morsel to digest, an appetizer that keeps us from our intended destination. Regrets and guilt trips pile up like laundry, as we cling to what was and what could have been. We mourn for easier times and reflect upon what once was. We did not have it so bad after all, of course hindsight is 20/20.

The element of time itself has quickened like a speedway driver we go around and around never seeing the exit of our maze.  People are angry with themselves, the world, their choices and life in general. Earth herself heaves with fault lines as she points fingers at her very human stewards.  Everything comes to the surface just in time to be fed by the solar emanations and gamma bursts from deep space.

We are all changed; we are all becoming the galactic human.  Many will want to leave the earth and not stay for the curtain call. Those of us that signed on for the duration do our best to inform those that still sleep, but it seems they have all pushed the mute button and do not hear or adhere to any information that will allow them to move thru these energetic minefields.

This energy is not about doomsday it is about a promise we made long before we came to earth. Within us lives a single rose, around it lives many weeds, do we focus on the rose or waste our time pulling up the weeds forgetting all about the sweet scent of the rose?

More and more situations will unexpectedly rise like a full moon that faces the early sun. More and more interruptions of our safety and peace will be taking us off the path we are so destined to walk. Everyday something will try to steal our light and our joy. Everyday we will stray from the course of light that we set sail upon. Everyday we will ask for forgiveness, we ask to become a better person on our way home to our divinity.

When God created humans, he stretched creation, pushing himself to be more light, allowing himself growing room, to love more and to become more. The Universe sees the whole picture and stays the course without liability.

We the mere mortals have a much tougher job of it.  As soon as we see the future, we change it. Every time we look at the future, even for just for a fleeting second, we change it. The future changed because it was seen. As seers, we are all destined to shift the outcome everyday. It is not fate versus freewill, it is fate and freewill. A vision is just a snap shot of a possible future.

The energies coming from deep space via the portal of our sun are photonic of nature. Solar winds (The outward flow of solar particles and magnetic fields from the Sun) blow us hither and yon as the solar limbs reach out and touch us. The geomagnetic field of the earth shifts as geomagnetic time is accelerated. A light bridge is formed as the solar noise storms increase in strength. (A transient enhancement of solar radio emission, consisting of elevated background emissions.  These storms may last hours or days.) The energies around earth  look as if specters drive the wheel of the universe,  taking a plasma pause every now and then.The sun is crowned with polar plumes as a proton event of unexpected proportion enters the field of earth. As the solar winds raise the hairs on mankind, two-ribbon flares (A flare that has developed as a pair of bright strands (ribbons) on both sides of the solar magnetic field) are tied around the old Akashic oak tree.
Event horizons schedule themselves without asking permission (an event horizon is a boundary in spacetime most often an area surrounding a blackhole) rearranging the hologram of earth into a place that will assist with the solar creational flux that is inflencing all of mankind. The playing field of earth will be changed forever. A “field” is a matrix, a region of influence, that connects two or more points in space or time. In other words, a field is held together by something capable of manifesting a noticeable change.
The Akashic field is presumed to exist in physical reality even though it cannot be observed directly. The Akashic field is like the universe’s super computer system.  It is a system that acts as the central storehouse of all information for every individual who has ever lived upon the earth. The Akashic Records contain every deed, word, feeling, thought, and intent that has ever occurred at any time in the history of the world.  These records connect each one of us to one another. They mold and shape human consciousness. They are a portion of Divine Mind. They embody an ever-changing fluid array of possible futures from the data that has already been accumulated.

Akasha is a light carrying “ether,” It is the medium that carries the “zero-point field.” The zero-point field is a “unified vacuum, an “energy sea.” this vacuum transports light, and sound and generates the holographic field that is the memory of the universe.  The Akashic Field holds everything that we are. Our energy is never destroyed, Nor is any possible future destroyed.

Our lives have become very complex, causing the Akashic Field to reach a critical mass. We are continuously storing information in the Akashic Field, as we are not able to hold and process all the incoming energy and information and shifts we are destined to experience.

The Akashic field is like a “vibratory cocoon, which turns at a speed seven times that of light. This cocoon acts as a blotter, absorbing and remembering every event. The Akashic Field stores every single thought and response we have regarding all life situations in all lifetimes. They are like the DNA of the universe, they are the soul’s journey thru time.

As we enter these emancipated solar vibrations as a planet, we have access to this field of inquiry. Quantum Entanglement will become a way of life.  Slipping in and out of time and memory. All episodes of solar activity influence time and how we perceive it. The past present and future meet for a spot of tea. There is no getting away from the great Cosmic OZ that knows all and sees all.

Last month I found this frame in York, Maine.  It was black.  Almost immediately I saw it as a reddish orange. Adding a few coats of paint in a wash-like stroke it is reborn.

A few water colored cairns later, these were trimmed and inserted into the frame above. An otherwise plain wall facing the front door is now transformed to an eye-catching area.

Voila.

Look Here!

The media seems to have convicted the alleged Boston bomber already.  That should tell you something.  Why would anyone believe government?  Government stands to gain a lot here.  Think about it.  More controls, more loss of citizen rights, the list goes on.

Whatever happened to "innocent until PROVEN guilty?  What is these brothers were patsies?  What if they are horrendous murderers?  Let's get the facts on the table first.  To do otherwise is tantamount to Nazi Germany and I already see enough similarities.

If these brothers are guilty, then law enforcement in my humble opinion did a stellar job. Either way, I hope they rest, they were worked so very hard this past week.  I can not imagine the pressure they were under.

However, if this was a set up, Glenn Beck and lots of others believe it was, well then, Americans you better start standing up. We certainly do not need any more sheeple.

One thing is clear, I am sick and tired of these self-promoters!  We are in this mess together.  The only way we get out of this horrible situation is to drop the dang egos and work toward the highest good.  You know who you are. You know what I mean.  Greed, money and lust for power have no place in evolving.

Out Of Darkness

I cannot tell you how hard it has been to face the destruction going on right under our noses. If your long-held views of reality are collapsing know this is a journey you must make in order to find the light.  The truth.  The events going on in our world are not as they appear.  So the task becomes what to do about this.  It reminds me of Plato's Parable of the Cave. 


This "is an allegory presented by the Greek philosopher Plato in his work The Republic to illustrate "our nature in its education and want of education" (514a). It is written as a dialogue between Plato's brother Glaucon and Plato's mentor Socrates, narrated by the latter at the beginning of Book VII (514a–520a). The Allegory of the Cave is presented after the metaphor of the sun (508b–509c) and the analogy of the divided line (509d–513e). All three are characterized in relation to dialectic at the end of Book VII and VIII (531d–534e).
Plato has Socrates describe a group of people who have lived chained to the wall of a cave all of their lives, facing a blank wall. The people watch shadows projected on the wall by things passing in front of a fire behind them, and begin to ascribe forms to these shadows. According to Plato's Socrates, the shadows are as close as the prisoners get to viewing reality. He then explains how the philosopher is like a prisoner who is freed from the cave and comes to understand that the shadows on the wall do not make up reality at all, as he can perceive the true form of reality rather than the mere shadows seen by the prisoners.

The Allegory may be related to Plato's Theory of Forms, according to which the "Forms" (or "Ideas"), and not the material world of change known to us through sensation, possess the highest and most fundamental kind of reality. Only knowledge of the Forms constitutes real knowledge.^[1] In addition, the Allegory of the Cave is an attempt to explain the philosopher's place in society: to attempt to enlighten the "prisoners."
Plato's Phaedo contains similar imagery to that of the Allegory of the Cave; a philosopher recognizes that before philosophy, his soul was "a veritable prisoner fast bound within his body... and that instead of investigating reality by itself and in itself it is compelled to peer through the bars of its prison."<sup>[2]"

After the great deluge of emails and phone calls asking what is going on with all the chaos, turmoil, relationship splits, and people basically wigging out everywhere, I felt it is time to write this article. Some of the information will be a godsend, to others they will find major resistance to this information. This is often determined by which side of the fence one is on and if they are ready to heal, and take responsibility for their choices and actions. Nonetheless, universal law, and karma will have its way despite our delusions and denials. We can mentally justify many things our soul and spirit do not. Soul and spirit always have the last word. There is a 5D overlay and a vibrational lifting and healing well underway. There are cycles and waves of energy that are coming with this process. It is a natural cycle due to alignments with Galactic Plane, Alcyone, Sirius and Pulses coming in from other cosmic sources. Cosmic, Gama, X-ray, ultraviolet, infrared and other rays are bombarding the planet in ways never before experienced or recorded on the Earth. This is throughout the entire solar system. These times have all been referred to in ancient texts, the second coming where we rise into Christ or Buddha consciousness, the separation of the “sheep from the goats”, the wheat from the chaff, moving into the golden age, the end of the Mayan calendar, “The beginning is Near”, “Nonjudgment Day”, The Great War In The Heavens etc. We have all heard this before yet few understand the dynamics and what can happen in this process.

We are going to address relationships in this process due to so many people asking us to make sense of what is happening. With this major influx of energy and during the peaks of incoming energy you will see people transform. Some for the better, and some for the worse. In the end it is all good because it is all part of a major healing, yet while we are in the midst of it we are often challenged to our very core. People are going to act out their wounds, traumas and wrong conclusions from past experience. Some will become the observer and detach, others will be projecting, blaming and doing unconscious, even cruel acts you never thought they were capable of. In truth, some are really not capable of such acts on their own yet they have openings, an unhealed past that allows other unseen negative influences to take over.

When this happens the only way out is to learn how to heal unseen negative influences, set firm boundaries, and cut any cords keeping you attached to those affected. There are serpent energies or beings, greys, reptilians, and some, what you would call demonic beings which are using the light workers for target practice. They are trying to create as much chaos, pain and suffering as possible because this insures their world will continue. They also feed off the lower vibrational energies such as anger, sadness, sorrow, fear, guilt, unworthiness, etc. Before they could only hook you through the first three chakras: survival, sex, and power, yet now they use those closest to you, friends, family and lovers to hit you in the heart. There is a war for souls happening, and your soul sits right next to the heart. To shut it down, shut down the ability to love, knowing love is the ultimate power in the universe, is one of the best weapons these unseen negative influences have to try to stop the awakening and healing of humanity and the Earth.

Many friends, family and lovers, those who are deeply wounded or do not have the inner awareness, strength, moral character and self authority to fend off these intrusions are acting out their old wounds, traumas, and wrong conclusions from past experiences. This includes the lower vibrational desires of the unseen negative influences. This is why you are seeing so many relationships ending, insane behavior, and wounded egos acting out in ways unthinkable to most. We cannot blame others for being weak, allowing themselves to be influenced, or for many of the behaviors which are often totally out of character, yet they have to take responsibility for their choices and actions which opened the door to these influences.
This includes the lack of interest in addressing their own wounds, traumas, wrong conclusions from past experiences, choosing an ego driven life, focusing primarily on outer appearances and material aquistion. The imbalance of external focus verses internal focus and not choosing to heal as a priority is often the problem and can create the opening for these unseen negative influences. Unhealed childhood trauma, abuse, abandonment issues seem to be a common denominator, as well as past life choices to engage and work with the darker forces. These all are often the openings used by unseen negative influences to destroy relationships. As if not addressing and healing our own patterns is not enough, adding these unseen negative influences in the mix makes for one big disaster waiting to happen. This includes the implants by regenerate greys and reptilians used to broadcast their psychopathic behavior into the mix.

It is all about consciousness and there is a war in consciousness. Holding to the universal principles and understandings necessary for a healthy society and relationship is essential in the days to come. Holding to the basics of treating others how you would like to be treated, being honest, kind, loving, caring, serving others opens the doors to higher unseen positive influences as does prayer and meditation done properly. Whenever we become trapped in the desires of the ego and the outer world, become self absorbed, selfish not caring about how our choices and actions affect others we open the door to the unseen negative influences. These influences will often support and act out these patterns of behavior through those unconscious of their unhealed patterns and the influences of these unseen negative influences. It is hard to believe that there are forces that care nothing for life, humanity, or the Earth and actually live off the chaos, pain and suffering yet one only has to look at the condition of society, the environment, the wars, diseases, unbridled greed to realize this is now epidemic; this has risen to the highest levels of leadership.
Now it seems to be coming home to roost, the polarities are increasing between those who have chosen to live according to universal law, a spiritual life in harmony with each other and nature and those who wish to continue to live a material life, in disharmony with each other and nature. A life focused on internal awareness, making ones own personal God/Spirit/Creator connection first and foremost as a priority verses being focused primarily on external outer appearances, material acquisition, driven by the ego with all its programming in direct conflict with their soul and spirit. One is the upward path to ascension and alignment with the new 5D energies, the other is the unsustainable downward path ending in the total collapse of the old matrix. People are choosing, taking different paths, aligning with the new energies or fighting them and those who represent them. That in general is what is happening. I hope this sheds some light on the chaos, challenges, behavior of some who are deeply wounded or influenced. When we know what is happening we can depersonalize it, guard against it, and heal it yet we must honor the divine right to free will and self-determination of eternal souls. They might not have chosen to ascend or get it right this time around. It is important that the light workers band together and support each other, assist those who choose to heal and release those who choose not. We cannot save others even if we know their future, there lessons are theirs – hard as they may be – universal law will have its way, karma will unfold in its divine time, yet time is quickening.

Here is the technique we use to heal unseen negative influences. You can use it on others because these negative influences are already trespassing and you are only affirming one’s divinity not influencing them for personal gain. You can call on the House of Mary, Jesus, Baba ji, Buddha, your own main teacher and guide if you know it, yet it is best to use fifth dimensional beings on up beyond the astral level. They are ascended and off the wheel of life. In dealing with the darkest of the unseen negative influences call on the 7th dimensional Lion beings. They seem to be the only ones to really take care of business with this group. Maahes, Narasimha, Bacal, Caja, Sekhmet are a few of them known in history. The ancient Egyptians were fully aware of the archons as depicted in their wall paintings and how to deal with them.

Healing Technique:

Healing is a must for all those who desire to operate in other realms of consciousness. You must have self – authority and maintain control. If you are experiencing negative vibrations, they are either thought forms, limiting mental concepts, psychic bonds or discarnate entities (lost souls) in need of healing. They are bound to the earth vibration due to lower vibrational attitudes and emotions. Some are coercive and desire to manipulate or control. Love heals. Casting out only sends them to another place, another personal . In all healings, remember that god is love. It is the power of love that heals and lifts., We will give you the following steps to clear the energy.

1. Close your aura by visualizing a white or gold light around you.
2. Call upon your chosen cultural representative of God, be it Jesus,Buddha,Babaji,Mary,Mohammed, White Eagle or another one of the beautiful Many Christed Ones.
3.Tell the entities they are healed and forgiven, lifted and enlightened.(repeat is you feel it is needed)
4.Tell them that they are filled and surrounded with the Christ light and the Christ love (or the highest consciousness and energy available)
5.Ask that your chosen representative to take them to their perfect place and highest expression.
6.Ask that all negative thought forms, and limiting mental concepts be dissolved, and lifted into the light of truth.
7.Ask that all psychic bonds be severed, and close their auras to all but spirit of the highest vibration.
Repeat this process until you feel clear. There may be more than one healing to do. Remember that your word is very powerful, and what is spoken on their level manifests instantly. Many enlightened ones use this process before opening. It creates a clear and safe environment and it also lifts the one who is doing the healing. Intent is nine-tenths of the law!

Jane and Ellen

She was up early.  Jane never set an alarm.  Now she was retired as she continually reminded herself.  If she overslept, Molly and Jessy would awaken her.  Just ten and nine, respectively, these cocker spaniels were full of energy, always raring to go in the morning.  Unless it is nap time which it wasn't.

The travel clock on the A-shaped book stand said seven o'clock.  One more stretch she thought.  She'd keep her eyes closed because the dogs were watching.  Waiting for their human to let them outside.  Ready to high five one another as their morning ritual allows.  A few more cat/cows, pigeon  poses and one very large yawn and her eyes would open.  The day would begin.

She slid off the blow up mattress which she was grateful to have.  It laid upon a Salvation Army mattress and box spring which also laid on the 1800 golden red maple floors.  She loved touching them with her feet.  They made her feel grounded to the earth.

Jane harnessed each dog, found a doggie bag for the necessaries and the three went to the park.  Molly and Jessy loved being unleashed.  They didn't seem to mind the hot steamy morning, not as much as Jane did.

Ellen would be arriving soon.  The three warm blooded mammals found their way back to South Street and up the steps to the foyer of the sublet.  It was hot inside.  Jane was glad to be in the studio with her room air
conditioner going full steam.

Jane smoothed the bed sheets and pulled the ill-fitting duvet cover as far as she could over the mattress.

"Now, that's done.  I, can't wait to spend the morning with Ellen," she thought.  

Two women, a couple of decades apart, with different and similar experiences. Mother and daughter, two strong and independent women with a bond stronger than both knew.  Their years together would reveal all of that.

A brief introduction to the fellow upstairs and the two walked the brick  streets to the Strawberry Banke Museum where the Open Market was held each Sunday in the summer. Portsmouth, Maine was like that.  Historic, strong community ties, outside living.  And a delightful salt air smell and ocean breeze.

Jane thought about how lucky she was to summer in Portsmouth.  She longed for this day to come. When the two could share a craft fair together.   She loved being a short distance from her daughter.  It had been too long since they were geographically close. And now they were.  She pinched herself.

Ellen was happy as well.  She wanted her Mom nearby.  To share all of the ranges of experiences daughters share with their mothers.  Like the time her Mom left the garage door open in the mountain house.  It was nearly midnight,  The two generations were chatting in the family room.   Jane opened the door to the garage to let the dogs out.  She saw a black and white furry object just under the workbench.  Instantly Jane knew what it was.  Before she could reach her dog standing right beside it, the skunk sprayed its delight on Jane's dog.

She couldn't get in fast enough.  Immediately, she opened a can of tomato juice pouring it all over her pet.  Nothing worked.  It would be a month or so until the fragrance disappeared.  Ellen laughed her infectious laugh. Jane kept pouring.  Later Ellen learned the secret recipe - hydrogen peroxide, tomato juice and baking soda.  If only they knew then.

Jane and Ellen discovered a new passion.  Sea glass jewelry.  It was harvested locally.  After buying a few pieces the women went their separate ways to complete a few errands. It was easier now. 

Two generations.  A lifetime of love. 

What Love Looks Like

Tired, sweaty, drained, the runners neared the finish line.  Families, children and friends awaited their triumphant return.  Thousands of marathoners run the Boston Marathon each year.  They come from all over the world.

Soldiers dressed in camouflage clothing ran, too, with forty pound packs on their backs.  But nothing was too heavy that they couldn't stop to aid injured bystanders at the finish line. They mobilized.  Well trained, they knew what to do.  In almost choreographed fashion, hundreds of ordinary people moved fences and debris, took off their shirts, made tourniquets and did whatever they needed to soothe our injured people caused by a coward who bombed innocent people.

These are the 99%. Patriots. The humanity displayed during the Boston Bombing was overwhelming.   In a city that loves their country, even when their elected officials don't care about them, these patriots continue to hold those ideals close - life,  liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

So to the 1% never, ever think we will sit back and allow you to continue to destroy all that is near and dear to us. We are the 99%.  We will find the coward (s) who did this.

And we will change the way things are done in our country.  Don't ever think a group of committed people can't change the world.  It is the only thing that ever has.

Golden

Spring. 

A time of renewal.  A time to access where we want to go from here.  To clean out old ways, anger, disappointment and the myriad of negative emotions built up from wanting things to be different than they are. 

So many people have touched my life. They have left footprints that I could never fill.  Love.  Kindness and compassion. 

Today I am stopping everything and reflecting on all that is good.  All the loving people who make a difference.  That is really what it is about.

Many of you know I have been quite sick for a few weeks.  I cherish the kindnesses of so many who lifted my spirits ~ sent me food, called, walked my dogs, brought me groceries, e-mailed.  It has sure eased the way.

Soon I will be 'golden' again.  I love you all.

People!

The world is in an uproar.  People everywhere are not happy.  They aren't happy with themselves and the world many have bought into.  Civil disobedience is always the way to go.  There is no reason for violence of any kind - from anyone!

We don't know who did this.  Was this another inside job?  Another ploy for gun removal?  An upset bunch of taxpayers?  A disenfranchised public? And we won't know the truth.  We still are not told who killed President Kennedy?  Why?
 

I am outraged at the things people do that injure/kill others.  Monsanto, wars, bombings, the people who suffer because they can't get the help they need.  Who cries for them?  Are they less tragic?  So now we see anguish played out live.  Again.  Has this changed us in the past?  Did it with 911?  Colorado?  Connecticut?

For me, it puts it all in perspective.  Human suffering. It's never been a safe life for most people.  We just haven't experienced what most people endure.  Daily.

We refuse to acknowledge...change even the way things are.  We go about our lives focused only on ourselves, the senseless minutiae in our lives.  Who is mad at us, what color should the sofa be?  How few of us dedicate our lives to lessening human suffering?  Expose it now.  Be the change.   

My heart and thoughts go out to all the marathon runners and their families.  To all who helped the injured, you are beautiful!  May we learn something from this tragedy.  May we come together in love and in a unified view for the highest good.

TED x - Graham Hancock: The War on Consciousness

When I was a child my parents would talk about rude behaviors.  Since my mother was half English and quite a bit formal, manners...good manners were everything.  The Rules According To Mom.  One was not to chew with your mouth open (do people REALLY do that), another was to keep your elbows off the table. Shoulders back, good posture.  Yep, got those, too.

But the kicker was about going on and on about oneself.  It wasn't because it wasn't balanced, it was because it was rude.  And frankly, I don't much like it, either.  


There are self-promoters nearly everywhere these days.  Many of my Facebook friends promote themselves in every post.  A radio broadcast I used to enjoy does that continually.  It is beyond annoying, quite juvenile and unnecessary.  Listeners can decide for themselves if they like the program.  They do not need to be reminded.  Even the talk show host is full of themselves.  It makes me want to puke.  I listen less and less.  

AB has been a self-promoter since I first met him.  He annoys the heck out of men.  AB suffers was horrible self-esteem issues.

The state of the self these days is at an all time low.  The society tells us what to believe and how to think. Corporations enforce this as they remove any creativity an individual could have immediately.  Reduced to windowless cubicles, sometimes even an employee's chair is removed.  It is more productive to stand we are now told.

Society even controls turning on the lights in the bathroom, toilet flushing, turning on the water to wash our hands, opens the door, tells us what we can carry on an airplane, forces us to buy expensive, non-organic food at airports when we are the customer paying for the ticket. A friendly face. The author is sitting on the front porch of her home in the Smokies. While enjoying a glass of wine with a close friend, her picture was taken. 

This is a woman you could find her just about anywhere.  Antiquing, water coloring, walking her beloved dogs, with her family.  She is happiest in small groups with a few well chosen friends and family.  Private, chipper, gentle.

She was a long way from Cornell, and other worthy academic institutions but closer to herself than ever now.  Allowing others access to a most personal life wasn't easy.  Telling the story, sharing the experience was.

The downloads continue.  

In mid September of 2012, a photojournalist friend was visiting.  We drove to York Beach, Maine and he took a bunch of photographs. It was 11:01 a.m. September 15, 2012.  He has seen UFOs before as well.  After a delightful day spent on the beach, we drove to a cafe for lunch.  That evening he loaded the photographs he had taken that day onto the computer. There appeared to be a speck on one of the digital ones when he loaded it onto the computer.  On closer examination, there was no speck at all on his Canon lens.

He was also chosen.  This was no random event.  We were both meant to see this. 

But my experience with the paranormal was anything but over.  The sharp sensations down my legs continued. A month later, just west of this area sent us a rumble. It happened October 16, 2012 in the early evening.

I was on the floor doing yoga. My dogs suddenly bolted across the room.  Initially, I felt electrical sensations down my legs. The Piezo-Electric Effect. A half a minute later I saw the southern wall in my apartment gently waffle. I had never seen anything like this before. 

Immediately, my neighbors ran into the hall asking one another if they just felt that. Checking the United States Geological Survey site on the computer I saw that it measured 4.0 on the Richter Scale. No damage was sustained in the building.  We are grateful for that. Earthquakes in this area are rare.

There is much we know. Our bodyminds hold the truth.  Our brains are just the storage tank.  We know now the 'knowings' don’t occur in the brain.  They happen when the bodymind works together.  Each cell has a brain.

This takes a bit of re-orientation, years of study, reading, conferences and awareness for education. I've spent many years examining all of this.  Learning to be present with what is.  It is only in the act of being open to what is possible that we can see what is possible.  

Throughout all of this, much in my life has come full circle. I'm more peaceful now. More effective, too. Definitely more psychic. I see what is going on with others, though I do not offer advice.  Many seek my counsel and I limit my energy with this.  The important thing is to develop one's own psychic abilities.  We all have them. And it is important to use your energy where it does the greatest good. Such is the case for our environment and man’s relationship to nature and to one another.

Nearly everyone discussed our loss of rights since 9/11.  We know the attacks were an inside job.  To believe otherwise is to believe Kansas is an island.  We know there is a power elite that feathers their own nest, tossing random bones for the populace.  We know our air, water, land have been poisoned.  There are a lot of people getting sicker and sicker because of this.  Just look at the cancer rates.  We don't need more
academic research to tell us what we already know.

We have allowed corporations continue to usurp our natural resources. Throughout all of this we have become a more violent and complacent people. We are angry and we do little to change it.We are more disconnected from our loving selves than ever. But at the same time, there are more seekers.  More and more people recognize the power of meditation, eastern philosophies, other ways of being in the world, more gentle, more effective. People are beginning to come together all over the world.  

I believe was chosen to be a messenger.  In awe and humble, I hope I am opening the mind’s of others. Not all at once, but slowly, when they are ready to get beyond their own limitations. While not everyone is at a place within themself to embrace these realities, minds are opening. People are listening.

The event of July 20, 2010 changed everything for me. That evening, with the blackest of skies, I saw a world of possibilities.

Knowing: Fourteen

My face softens more now.  I have been allowed access in a world forbidden by most.  There are no textbooks to tell me God exists.  God has yet to be quantified, measured, plotted on a graph.

There is no stratified random sampling to document it.  My sighting on July 20, 2010 can not be replicated.  Is it reliable?  Can it be validated.

“Sure.”

But not in the traditional way we have been educated.

Our knowings have long been educated out of us.  Early man could hear the buffalo one hundred miles away.  They didn’t have or television cameras beaming up the news.  People relied on their senses. It has been said that people once had over six hundred senses.  Imagine that.  Imagine a world where we use allopath medicine and natural cures.  Imagine a world where natural resources are destructed for profit. 

I am continually asked why I had this UFO sighting.  It is a simple answer really.  They trusted me.  They understood that I am a gentle soul.  That my goal is to do no harm.  Just a friendly face in a crowd.  I am a mere messenger. I am here to tell you not to wait for all of this to take eight to ten years before these experiences are tested before they are published. I am here to tell you your government has covered this up since the 1940s.  Maybe even beyond.  Information is powerful.

We are just beginning to integrate the body mind.  Science separated them for too long.  Einstein knew everything was related.  We are slow in addressing the full measure of what he knew. 

Knowing: Thirteen

More antsy than I had been in years, I decided to look for an apartment.  To consider a permanent move to the seacoast.  As things often open up when we are ready, I found a delightful complex.

The dogs were boarded in a kennel for a week and I flew back to Asheville.  Friends offered to help me pack. Thoreau even Skyped the entire house room to room with me on the computer telling him what to recycle and what to keep.  Other friends brought pick ups and graciously took maintenance, yard and garage items I would not need in my new lifestyle. 

The day the moving van arrived, I was more than ready to go.  Leaving my wild life was a struggle.  Tears filled my eyes as I took a final look.

“Be well, my loving animals.  Thank you for trusting me enough to visit.  I will miss all of you,” I whispered.

How could I leave my beloved menagerie?  I worried about them all.  Even the raccoons that created havoc with continual bird feeder removal.  This was their forest long before humans usurped it. Now it would be returned to them. 

That final stroll to the side garden facing south reminded me of the red wolf only a year before.  Wildlife management people say they do not exist.  They say that for several reasons.  One is that they do not want to write a wildlife plan – some 300 pages longs I am told.  The other reason is their academic training tells them they were killed years before. 

My face softens, a slight smile forms on my lips.

“Sure.”

Back into the house one more time.  Rearranging the living room with the Ethan Allen recliners, a couple of front porch rockers to give a lived in look. 

The guest room is ready with the beds made and furniture.  Everyone says it is the best room in the house.  Spectacular mountain views.  Views of the area where most of the wildlife traverses.  Part of me is still there.  It always will be.

My flight back to Manchester, New Hampshire was quiet.  So much to digest.  So much to leave for a time when it is safer to remember.  We continue to adjust.  Life is easier on my aging dogs here in many ways.  The winters are hard and we will go south for the cold three months next year.  The underground parking is a joy.  Maintenance would be mostly a thing of the past, save the mountain house.

Recently, I re-listed with another realtor.  After six months on the market, she was not successful in selling it.  The following spring  I listed it with a mindful woman. She is a friend and truly cares about her clients. I wouldn’t have been ready for her a year ago.  I am now.  The home is also ready for new occupants. 

Adjusting to apartment life was indeed an adjustment.  I loved having neighbors, knowing that there were others in the building, albeit seventy and eighty year olds.  I did miss the privacy but we don’t get it both ways.  I need to resolve this.
