Are you having epiphanies, too? I appreciate your notes and I work to incorporate what you are thinking, what you feel into the blog. What happens to one part, happens to the rest. People are our mirrors. The things that annoy us about them, annoy us about ourselves. Instead of being upset with them, it is helpful to welcome the epiphanies they bring. If it was not familiar, we would not recognize it. Funny, isn't it?
My mailbox, which includes e-mails, messages, IMs, PCs and phone calls has been ringing off the hook. I am just about caught up answering them. I've written about hit and run relationships. You know the ones who text, e-mail or Facebook you. They aren't interested enough to make an actual phone call. Truth is, they are just too self-involved. Needy. They call, text you five minutes later because they need something from you. Pay attention, I suspect they haven't called in some time. Sound familiar? Well, you wrote it and I heard you.
Let the dust settle. Focus on the breath. Enjoy the beautiful fall weather. Fall is about releasing that which no longer serves your highest good. Often in this hit and run world, relationships end as fast as they came. That tells you something. Plenty. Mostly about yourself.
Many of my readers say they are going quiet now. I'll try to post here and there but this is my inner time of reflection, too.
Be good to yourself. Til we meet again.
