To Every Season

Fall is upon us.  The seacoast temperature went down to 39 tonight.  This is one of my favorite seasons.

It is a time to go within.  To be, to reframe, to rest.  It has been a busy and insightful year.  If we are quiet, if we take the time, we observe what is really going on.  Not only within ourselves, but with the collective energy as well.

I think about the hit and run 'relationships.'  Facebook comes to mind immediately.  Recently after a few postings, friends wrote me.  They could have called, could have put effort out, but they chose to 'hit and run.'  They chose that because that is how they live their lives.  They don't get involved with people.  They get involved with their technology.  And they are the ones who are missing out.

Over the weekend I got together with a new galpal.   She is from the same area as I - the Mid-Atlantic region of the United States. We traveled ninety minutes to visit the Monadnock Region of New Hampshire (the southwestern part of the state).  It is one of my favorite areas to visit.  More mountainous, artsy, my kind of place.
