Hidden Pyramid

First there was one light.  Then another.  And other. They were leapfrogging in front of each other, one light going out followed by others.  Only to appear in another spot in the evening sky.

A slender shadow approached Katie and Clay.  He was in dark clothes. Looked familiar.

"Over there, that's why they come," he said.

Frank spoke fast pointing east.  He had much to tell.  His yellow Mercedes was parked on Main Street where he lived now, spoke of an easier time.  Back then, when he acquired it, construction was booming.  Industries were changing again.

Frank had a curious appearance. With an upper and lower tooth missing, one directly under the missing upper tooth. They had met him last evening in town and invited him to join them. They cautioned him to have someone drop him off at the site lest there be no cars visible.

"Pyramids, yep right in Cashiers.  That is why they are here.  They are sacred sites, in the center of a vortex."

Katie was not surprised. She was curious and needed to know more.

"I have long heard they were here.  Has anyone done any geo-mapping on this?  Or thermal imaging?"she said.

"They have," said Clay.

"That was part of my project.  My boss knew all about it as well.  He was also about to expose that," he said.

"You know there is a pyramid  at the site of Area 51?"

"This could be the reason the ship crashed in Roswell, New Mexico in 1947.  It certainly is not happenstance," he winked.

"It is said that in each area with a vortex, there are pyramids.  These are spiritual places and UFOs are drawn to these areas now," Katie said.

"It looks much like the one discovered a few years ago in El Mirador, Guatemala.  Though much smaller."

Katie showed them on her droid.

"It has heavy foliage, just like this one. And it is similar to this one."

El Mirador, Guatemala

"We know the Mississippi culture - a pre-Columbian culture existed 800 CE–1500 CE. We also know they were mound builders which explains the mounds in Georgia and North Carolina as well as other places.  There is evidence the Maya were also in this area, too," Clay added.

"It is time to investigate more.  I have a contact who can give us more information," Clay said.

"He'll fill in the gaps."
