Thoughts can change in an instant. Are we so different than toddlers who at re-direction go off to something else? I don't think so. I think it would be quite beneficial to lose those negative thoughts before they make you ill.
In a recent conversation with a friend, my friend mentioned all of the way she didn't feel comfortable with her life. Highly accomplished, she went through a list of things that were not working the way she expected. I told her how I do this.
First, the ego rears its head. After we get full enough of our own self, we go into depression. After we have had enough of a pity party we move in OPPORTUNITY. That is where I like to live. We see the endless possibilities in everything. Life becomes fun again. We become fun. If it feels so good, why then don't we spend most of our lives here? Good question.
These two dissassociative behaviors wreck havoc on our personhood. Havoc! They send our systems into high alert (as if they haven't already been there). Then the dis-ease begins.
I told her she was not alone in her chaos, that she has a whole world in it at any given point. The deal is easy. Or hard. Once you get into Ego
Depression
Opportunity
until we get it, we recycle again and again. EDO. Sounds insane, doesn't it? Doing the same cycle after cycle until to repeat it again - soon enough.
Many people spend their entire lives cycling like this. Are you one of them?
