Where The Magic Beings!

Fall found the end of July as a cool front reached the New England seacoast.

I love this little town.  Old, quaint, historical.  It has a presence.  It isn't where I sleep but I could.  Easily. There is the Phillips Academy. And below that, the Green Bean Cafe.  The courtyard at the Green Bean is a lovely place to cool off in the summer.

Above, the IOKA Theatre as you see in the video above.  It needs a new owner and lots of rehabilitation.  The right set of people could just do it. Soon.

Of course, there is the weekly farmer's market, too. I think I found...home.
